• PROGRAM OVERVIEW

    The Member Rewards by Experian.com program (the "Program") is a complimentary benefit included with your Experian membership. The website is owned and operated by Destination Rewards, Inc., the Program Manager. Once you register your account, you will receive an initial deposit of "Reward Dollars". For each month that you maintain your Experian membership, you will receive an additional deposit of Reward Dollars. You can use your Reward Dollars to obtain two-for-one offers at popular restaurants and attractions, or to lower the price you pay on thousands of products, hotel rooms, services and more available through the Program Website.

    So how does it work? Once you accept the Terms and Conditions listed below by clicking on the link, you will go to the Program Website, where you can search for valuable coupons to use in your neighborhood or you can apply a portion of your Reward Dollars toward the price you pay for gift cards, hotel rooms, car rentals or thousands of other popular products available on the website like sunglasses, jewelry and luggage. When you click on any product, you will see the amount of your Reward Dollars that you can use to save on the item and the final (or "You Pay") amount, if any, to be charged to a major credit or debit card.

    It's that simple. We hope you take advantage of the savings opportunities available through the Program.

    Below are some important terms and conditions you should know about the Program.

    Terms and Conditions

    Destination Rewards, Inc. ("Program Manager") owns and operates this website and manages the Member Rewards by Experian.com program (the "Program"). Contact information for the Program Manager is available at rewards.experian.com.

    PROGRAM DETAILS

    The Member Rewards by Experian.com Program is offered to Experian members, including you ("you"), at the sole discretion of Experian Information Solutions, Inc. (together with its affiliates, "Experian"). Subject to these terms and conditions and those of Experian, you will receive Reward Dollars from Experian ("Reward Dollars" or "Reward Dollars from Experian") that can be used towards the purchase of goods or services from participating merchants through the Program. The Program, or any portion thereof, including without limitation these Terms and Conditions, may be revised, limited or terminated at any time without prior notice, even though this may impact the benefit of the Program for you. All Program offers, including the participating merchants, are subject to availability and may change without notice. You may access any updated Terms and Conditions for the Program at rewards.experian.com ("Website" or "Program Website").

    An online account ("Program Account") will be set up to record your activity in the Program, including the amount of Reward Dollars from Experian you have accumulated. You may accumulate Reward Dollars as long as you are an active Experian member with successful, up-to-date billing. If your Experian Membership is canceled, or you are not current in successful billings, you will not be eligible to accumulate Reward Dollars. If you are no longer an active Experian member, your Reward Dollars from Experian will expire 180 days following the date you become inactive.

    To activate your Program Account so that you may use your Reward Dollars from Experian, you must accept these terms and conditions. You further acknowledge agreement to these terms and conditions (as they may be modified from time to time) when you make any purchase through the Program.

    Reward Dollars from Experian may not be redeemed for cash, and they may not be assigned, transferred and/or pledged to any third party. You have no property rights or other legal interests in Member Rewards by Experian.com the Program. You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to the participation in the Program.

    The Program Manager has the right to monitor all Program Account activity. If your Program Account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, you may lose your accumulated Reward Dollars, and, as a result of this activity, the Program Manager or Experian may close your Program Account immediately. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, the Program Manager and Experian reserve the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any goods or services purchased as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to the Program Manager or Experian, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in the Program in the future. If your Program Account does not represent the correct amount of Reward Dollars that you should have been awarded as determined by Destination Rewards, the Program Manager and Experian reserve the right to adjust your Reward Dollars balance. If you have been given Reward Dollars in error or if you believe your Program Account has been the subject of any suspicious activity, please contact Member Rewards by Experian.com through the Experian Service Center immediately. If it is determined that you have been the victim of a fraud, the amount of Reward Dollars you have received will be transferred into a new Program Account for you.

    Experian, its affiliates, the Program Manager, and any merchants participating in the Program make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning Program offers available. All offers from participating merchants are void where prohibited by applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations and are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations. You release Experian, its affiliates, the Program Manager, and any merchants participating in the Program from all liability regarding the purchase and/or use of any goods or services from participating merchants as part of the Program, including any goods that may be lost, stolen or destroyed. Participating merchants are in no way affiliated with or responsible for Program administration.

    ACCUMULATING Reward Dollars from Experian

    You may accumulate Reward Dollars by maintaining your membership with Experian in good standing. Please allow 5-7 days for the Reward Dollars you accumulate to be deposited in your online account.

    If you do not make a timely payment for your Experian membership fees, no Reward Dollars will be transferred to your Program Account for the corresponding period.

    Under no circumstances may you accumulate more than three thousand Reward Dollars in any calendar year.

    USING Reward Dollars from Experian

    You may use Reward Dollars in the "Local Offers" section of the Program Website to obtain 2-for-1 offers at popular restaurants or attractions and other valuable saving opportunities. For other products and services offered through the Program, Reward Dollars may only be used to pay for a specified portion of the total charges for each good or service. You must pay the entire remaining balance of charges for any goods and services, including any related taxes, shipping charges and/or applicable fees, at the time of transaction. Please refer to the Program Website for the current pricing of goods and services and the amount of Reward Dollars that can be applied to the price of such goods and services available through the Program. Upon confirmation and full payment, the amount of Reward Dollars you have used will be subtracted from your Program Account.

    Reward Dollars from Experian may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, special rate programs, including, but not limited to: Upgrades, tour/travel packages, group, internet, convention/company meeting, senior rates, companion rates, 3rd or 4th person rates, student or child rates, early bookings, value-added price programs, repeat passenger, repeat guest programs, or industry discounts.

    If you need to change or cancel an order you have placed through the Program Website, if allowed, you will need to do so through the Website or by contacting customer service at 1-888-842-2889. Cancellation or restocking fees may apply. See below for more information.

    Terms, cancellation policies, hotel/condo or resort or other merchant participation will be identified at the time of purchase and may be subject to change without notice. In some cases, there may be changes in circumstances that are beyond the control of Program Manager, and Program Manager reserves the right to substitute goods or services of like quality should circumstances so require.

    Depending on the type of good or service purchased through the Program, certain limitations and restrictions may apply. Unless otherwise noted, all items shall ship within thirty (30) days of purchase; however, orders of multiple items may arrive in more than one package and at different times within the same thirty-day period. Generally, merchandise may only be shipped within the United States, although there may be some items that can be shipped to Canada and Puerto Rico. If the item you want is available for shipment to Canada or Puerto Rico, you will receive a message during checkout and will be required to pay an additional shipping fee. Items shipped within the US may also be subject to shipping fees, unless "free shipping" is noted in the item's description. Magazine subscriptions are only available in the 48 contiguous United States. Please allow up to twelve (12) weeks for magazine subscriptions to begin. Applicable sales tax may apply to any purchase you make.

    You may cancel an order for a non-travel related product purchased through the Program only by calling the Member Rewards by Experian.com Solution Center at 1-888-842-2889 during operating hours on the same day you made the order. After that time, your order cannot be cancelled or changed, and is completely non-refundable. Only entire orders may be cancelled; if you ordered more than one product, you must cancel your order for all products. If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, you may return your item for replacement only within thirty days of receipt of the product.     GENERAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Program Manager, its agents, assignees and designees, act only as order processors for the hotels/condos, resorts, cruise lines, airlines and certain other suppliers. Experian, the Program Manager, and their respective affiliates, agents, assignees, and designees do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, injury, accident, death or damage to any persons or property, whatsoever, with respect to any supplier or at any hotel/condo, resort, or on any ship or aircraft, or in transit to and from said venues. Nor will Experian, the Program Manager, their respective affiliates, agents, assignees, and designees assume any liability or be responsible in any way for any damage, expense or inconvenience due to cancellations or delays due to weather or mechanical breakdowns, or arising from war, acts of God or acts of terrorism.

    Neither Experian nor the Program Manager, nor any of their affiliates or suppliers will have any liability whatsoever for purchases made in good faith by individuals who claim to have authority to act on your behalf.

    Experian, the Program Manager and/or their affiliates shall not be liable for errors or omissions by their employees or agents in interpreting or in carrying out the terms of this Program.

    Neither Experian, nor the Program Manager, nor any of their affiliates, nor any supplier to the Program will have any liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, expense, non-performance, consequential or special damages, accident or injury incurred in the course of a Program participant's use of any good or service received through the Program, or as a result of any defect in or failure of such rewards. Experian, the Program Manager, and/or their affiliates make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to the goods or services offered by any supplier, and specifically disclaim any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

    GIFT CARDS & CERTIFICATES

    Gift cards/certificates are subject to the terms and conditions set by the merchants who issue the gift cards/certificates. The terms and conditions are provided to the Program Manager by those merchants and are their responsibility. Expiration policies and non-usage fees may apply; however, expiration will occur no earlier than 12 months from the date of purchase. For further details, please review the information on the page featuring the gift card/certificate you wish to purchase.

    TRAVEL

    Reward Dollars from Experian may be used for savings on hotel/condo and other travel reservations available through the Program Website; the amount of Reward Dollars and availability will depend on factors such as location, length of stay and desired travel dates. Reward Dollars are applied to the most competitive, unrestricted published prices offered directly from participating hotels/condos, resorts, and cruise lines. Reward Dollars are applied at the time of transaction for instant savings at the point of purchase.

    In general, when a transaction includes travel, one of the travelers must be at least 18 years of age and must have a major credit card in his/her name at the time of check-in to cover any incidental charges incurred during the stay. The actual minimum age requirement is always determined by the travel supplier and may vary. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to verify minimum age requirements.

    It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of all documents and correspondence with regard to names, dates, and room and/or cabin category. You will be responsible for any errors or omissions not brought to the attention of the Program Manager within 24 hours of receipt of those documents or email confirmation.

    It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to determine and obtain all necessary documentation required for travel. Travelers are responsible to know what legal documents are needed to enter different countries.

    All reservations are based on availability and are limited to what is available for booking on the Program Website at the time of transaction.

    Transportation to/from the hotel/condo, cruise, airport, condominium or resort, if required, is not included. Prices displayed on the Program Website DO NOT include, merely by way of example and without limitation, any applicable hotel/condo service or resort fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as mini-bar snacks or telephone calls), fuel surcharges or regulatory surcharges. The supplier will assess these fees, charges and surcharges either at check-in or upon checkout.

    Tax Recovery Charge: Taxes charged on travel reservations are a recovery of applicable transaction taxes (e.g., sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, airport surcharges, airport fees, etc.) that the Program Manager pays to the vendors (e.g., hotels/condos, airlines, etc.) in connection with the purchase.

    HOTELS/CONDOS

    Hotel/Condo cancellation and refund policies along with cancellation fees, if applicable, vary by travel supplier and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

    For hotel/condo and resort reservations, the traveler must present a copy of the Hotel/Condo Confirmation Check-In Voucher at check-in. The traveler may be denied check-in without this document. If you need additional copies of the confirmation before traveling, please visit the My Account section on the Website. Any of your pending confirmations may be viewed and printed.

    Program Manager's Low Price Hotel/Condo Guarantee

    To qualify for the Program Manager's low price hotel/condo guarantee, the lower rate ("Comparison Price") for the hotel/condo accommodation that you purchased and paid for from the Member Rewards by Experian.com Program must be:

    • Identical to the one you purchased through the Program, meaning that it is for the same hotel/condo, reservation dates, number of guests, room type (i.e., "standard room with king bed"), and subject to the same cancellation and advance purchase policies, and other terms and conditions governing the rates. All other features that affect pricing, including but not limited to views, location, smoking/non-smoking, kitchen or other amenities, must also be the same. A claim may be denied if the lower priced room is not identical in all respects to the booked room;
    • For an available room-only rate offered to the general public for immediate purchase and must be verifiable by the Program Manager;
    • Found within 24 hours after you have purchased and fully paid for your accommodation through the Member Rewards by Experian.com the Program; and
    • Found on a publicly available website that shows the exact hotel/condo you are booking before you pay and allows you to complete the transaction on the site (but do not complete it if you wish to take advantage of the Low Hotel/Condo Price Guarantee).

    In addition, to be eligible for a refund under the "Low Hotel/Condo Price Guarantee", your eligible Experian membership must be active and payments up-to-date at the time of accommodation purchase. Proof of the lower price must be submitted to the Program Manager as detailed below:

    Submit your claim to the Program Manager at lpg-claims@destinationrewards.com or via fax to 734-207-0989 within 48 hours from the time you purchased your hotel/condo stay through the Program Website. When a claim form covers multiple hotel/condo nights, the rates will be compared for each night separately.

    Each claim form requires proof of the lower rate (e.g., a screen shot of the website showing the lower rate and all applicable terms and conditions relating to such rate).

    Please note that Program Manager will not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, human errors, technical malfunctions, failures, interruptions, omissions, or deletions, or for information that is processed late or incorrectly or that is incomplete. The Program Manager will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible claims. Proof of submittal of a claim does not constitute proof of delivery. All decisions of the Program Manager are final. Price comparison will be made on rate plus any taxes, mandatory gratuities, and any other mandatory fees associated with the hotel/condo rate. Price disparities that are solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the Low Price Guarantee.

    Neither Experian nor the Program Manager is responsible for any fees or other costs incurred due to cancellation of a Comparison Price purchase.

    If you satisfy the terms and conditions described below, Program Manager will refund the difference in price as a credit back to the credit card used to make the booking, and also credit your Program account with double the amount of Reward Dollars from Experian that you used for the transaction. The refund is limited to the difference between the Program price for the room only and the Comparison Price for the room only, and does not include taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, resort fees, hotel/condo reward points or any other fees or miscellaneous charges.

    This benefit is NOT insurance: The Low Price Guarantee benefit is not insurance, and these terms and conditions are not a policy or contract of insurance.

    The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to the following hotel/condo rate types:

    • Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated rates, corporate or group rates (such as wedding parties), charters, tour packages, consolidator rates and rates that involve membership fees or volume requirements;
    • Discount rates offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet previously-specified criteria, including AAA members, seniors, government employees, repeat guests, or hotel/condo rewards program members;
    • Package rates that include the room and other components such as air, car rental, entertainment, and/or meals other than breakfast;
    • Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay;
    • Rates for stays extending beyond 30 nights;
    • Rates that are available on opaque or auction websites that do not disclose the hotel/condo identity or brand until the reservation is completed;
    • Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate (including electronic vouchers and certificates) for a hotel/condo stay outside the United States and Canada; or
    • Rates that have a 100% cancellation penalty once purchased.

    The Program Manager reserves the right to modify or cancel the Low Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. The Program Manager is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules. Void where prohibited by law.

    CRUISES

    Cruise cancellation and refund policies, along with cancellation fees, if applicable, vary by travel supplier. For an overview of information for respective cruise line cancellation policies, please click on the More Info option on the page showing the cruise that interests you. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to be familiar with the penalties assessed for cancellation. In addition to any fees assessed by the cruise line, once a cruise has been booked and paid for, a $50 administrative fee will apply for all cancellations for any reason.     DAILY DEALS

    Daily Deals are limited time offers typically available for 24 hours only and are generally changed daily. These deals have limited quantities and are specially priced for a limited time. Offers are subject to availability and are first come, first serve. You cannot reserve a Daily Deal item. In addition, please note that your transaction must be completed (and not just in your shopping cart) before a Daily Deal item is sold out or you will not be able to take advantage of the offer.

    Daily Deals are subject to the same terms, conditions and cancellation and return policies as all other items. Limit one Daily Deal item per offer per customer. No rain checks.

    LOCAL OFFERS

    Offers are non-transferable. The barter, trade, sale, photocopying, alteration, purchase, or transfer of these offers by any person or entity is strictly prohibited. These offers are intended for the non-profit use of the individual registered for this Program. Any use of an offer in violation of these Rules will render the offer VOID. Offers may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Experian and/or Program Manager will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract or refuses to accept an offer; however, Program Manager will attempt to secure merchant compliance.

    There are no refunds, exchanges, replacements or conversions for redemptions.

    Destination Rewards, Inc. is a registered seller of travel in California, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Nevada and Washington under each state's seller of travel regulations.

Destination Rewards, Inc. is not a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. California law requires that certain sellers of travel have a trust account or bond.
